The Meinl Marathon Classic Series Congas combine professional features at an affordable price. The shells are constructed with two ply Rubber Wood (Hevea brasiliensis) which is known for its dense grain and acceptance of different finishes. This feature is what helps make the Coffee Burst laquer finish so striking and beautiful. The drums feature true buffalo skin heads for a warm tone and the 8mm strong lugs keeps your tuning in check.
